The Westbury Fire Department responded to a four-vehicle MVA on Merrick Avenue on February 24, 2017. The collision involved two box trucks, a van, and a car. One of the box trucks overturned onto its side, striking both the other truck and the car. Two people in the car had to be removed by firefighters and Nassau County ESU units and were transported to area hospitals.
