About a dozen fire and EMS agencies joined together to honor P.J. Fusaro, a 25-year-old Shirley resident, who passed away on May 3, 2020, from COVID-19, after an incredible fight. PJ was well known in the community and loved by many. Led by a bagpiper, apparatus from multiple area departments passed the Tipton Drive home as family and friends stood outside watching the powerful tribute.
