Pemberton Chief Augustoni arrived to smoke showing from a church. Companies from Pemberton, Pemberton Borough, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Lumberton, Westampton, Tabernacle, Southampton, and New Egypt worked for several hours chasing hot spots in the historic building. The construction of the building allowed the fire to burn in several small void spaces. No injuries were reported and the fire was under investigation.
