The Paramus Fire Department Engine 4 and Engine 2 were dispatched to a car fire at Route 17N and Century Road. The engine compartment of the vehicle was well involved upon arrival. Engine 4 stretched a 1-3/4 inch handline and quickly extinguished the fire.
