The North Amityville and East Farmingdale Fire Companies responded to an MVA with reported overturn on Adams Street. The driver of a work van lost control of the vehicle and overturned, injuring the driver. Crews stabilized the vehicle and the driver was removed through the rear doors and taken to a local hospital. Suffolk County Police ESU also responded to upright the vehicle.
