On May 2, 2015, Wilmington Fire Department units responded to Bancroft Mills Road for a reported building fire. First arriving units had heavy fire showing from the three-story Old Mill facility. The fire reached a second alarm. Due to the location, a Tanker Task Force was requested bringing units from the 166th Delaware Air National Guard, New Castle, and Chester and Delaware Counties (PA) to the scene. The incident commander was Deputy Chief Michael Donohue. The following units responded: Squad 1, Skyboom 2, Squad 3, Squrt 4, Engine 5, Engine 6, Ladder 1, Tower Ladder 2, Battalion 1, Battalion 2, Battalion 10, Battalion12, F-17(Safety Officer) NCC Medic, PA-1, PA-100, Pa-200 New Castle Tanker Task Force, Delaware and Chester Counties (PA).
