The suspect vehicle left the Interstate and continued into the City of Troy where it crashed into a utility pole at high rate of speed. The Troy Fire Department and EMS responded to the scene, where they treated two subjects with non-life threatening injuries. Both subjects were than transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital by the fire department ambulance. The operator was arrested and charged with unlawfully fleeing from police, reckless endangerment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
