On September 7, 2016, District 31 (Moorestown) was dispatched to a reported house fire in the 800 block of Cox Road. The caller reported seeing smoke coming from the home and fire inside. Units en route reported a visible smoke column in the night sky. District 31 Command and mutual aid Engine 3611 arrived to find heavy fire through the roof of an attached garage with fire extending into the dwelling. The fire was brought under control with no injuries reported.
