Two tractor-trailers and a NYS DOT dump truck, collided on Interstate 84 in the Maybrook Fire District. Four people were transported — one by medevac to Westchester County Medical Center and three by ambulance to Orange Regional Medical Center. To extricate the driver of the tractor-trailer, Maybrook cut a hole in the rear wall of the tractor to get to the driver, who was pinned under the dashboard, then used a small ram to displace the dashboard to remove him.
