Matheny Fire & Emergency Expands to Florida

PARKERSBURG, WV– May 1, 2024 – Matheny Fire & Emergency, a division of Matheny
Motor Truck Company, is pleased to announce, effective today, its expansion into Florida where
the Matheny team will provide truck sales and customer service for E-ONE, Spartan Emergency
Response and Ferrara fire apparatus brands, and Road Rescue and Wheeled Coach
emergency vehicle brands.

As part of this expansion, the REV RTC team will become part of Matheny Fire & Emergency.
Matheny will cover all 67 counties of Florida from the former REV Technical Centers in Ocala,
Tallahassee, and Oakland Park. The soon to be renamed technical centers are staffed with
EVT/ASE certified technicians, offer training and maintenance, mobile service, and have readily
available parts to minimize down time and keep customer fleets in service.

Matheny Fire & Emergency has represented E-ONE and KME since 2014 in Virginia and West
Virginia and is the sales, warranty, and parts provider within these states.

Matheny Fire & Emergency will be able to repair any make of fire apparatus and ambulance
manufactured in North America and can upgrade and modernize any used ambulance and
rescue apparatus as well as serve as the one-stop shop for parts sales to support customer
fleet operations. In addition, the dealer will manufacture and assemble specialized brush trucks,
command vehicles and rescue units on site to support customers in the Florida fire and rescue
market.
