Mastic Beach life member and former Marine, Ronald John Jones, 82, answered his last alarm on Monday, August 29, 2016.
Members of the Mastic Beach Fire Department, VFW Post and members of the Riders of Fire Motorcycle Club assembled at Saint Jude’s Roman Catholic Church in Mastic Beach to honor the life and service of Firefighter Jones.
His family has asked that donations in his memory be made to the St. Jude’s Shrine Capital Campaign.
