Firefighters in the Village of Mamaroneck were dispatched to multiple calls of a structure fire on New Street. On arrival, companies found heavy fire showing from the top floor of a home. Crews quickly made the top floor and were able to make a quick knockdown of the heavy fire conditions. Mutual aid responded and helped to clean up hot spots and work salvage operations. The fire was brought under control a short time later.
