The Smithtown Fire Department responded to a building fire at Winter Brothers recycling facility on Lawrence Road in Kings Park. Upon arrival, firefighters found a heavy fire condition inside the building. Mutual aid came from Kings Park, Commack, Hauppauge and Saint James. The Suffolk Police and Smithtown Town Fire Marshal investigated.
