It is with regret we announce the passing of Johnson Fire Department Chaplain Robert Vaughan. In his past endeavors he was a US Navy veteran, Chaplain in Nassau County (NY), Pocono Summit (P)A, and many other places. A memorial service was held on December 12, 2019, in Middletown. The burial of ashes will take place in at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla (NY) at a later date. Chaplain Vaughan joined the New York State Association of Fire Chaplains in 1973. Please hold his wife, Ruth and their family in you prayers.
