Adult Male (approx.40), evacuated through front door which was on fire – Transported emergent to Eskenazi by IEMS Medic 20 – serious condition
Adult Female (approx. 37), jumped from 2nd story window, landed on neighbors air conditioning unit –  Transported emergent to Eskenazi by IEMS Medic 56 – serious condition
Adult Male (57), transported with slight injury to Eskenazi hospital – possible smoke inhalation

Primary and secondary search prove all clear at 4:27 AM
No Working Smoke Alarms

IFD/IMPD Fire Investigations – Fire under investigation – one occupant told firefighters he was cooking in his upstairs bedroom and a blanket caught fire.
Occupants say they were asleep and alerted to the fire by the smell of smoke. They evacuated.
IFD Victims Assistance on scene for 8 adults – including the victims
Command terminated at 5:23 AM
