Hartford (CT) Fire Department was dispatched to Garden Street for a building fire. First due Engine Co. 7 called arrived to a three-story wood, OMD, with a working fire on the first floor. The fire rapidly progressed, extending to all floors and a second alarm was transmitted. Several people were left homeless.
