Greeneville firefighters make quick work of apartment fire

Firefighters with the Greeneville Fire Department quickly extinguished a small apartment fire Wednesday, March 2^nd on Kiser Boulevard.

The residents found smoke inside and outside their apartment upon their return home that afternoon.  The fire was contained with a fire extinguisher until the fire department arrived.  A  cigarette was determined to be the cause of the fire.
