On April 9, 2015, Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department responded to Northern Boulevard and Norgate Road in Manhasset for a reported MVA with overturn and entrapment. Units arrived and confirmed a three-car accident with one person trapped and multiple persons injured. The victim was freed from the vehicle and, with four others, was transported to North Shore University Hospital where the extricated person later died.
