At 1039, the Bethpage Fire Department was alerted for an MVA at the intersection of Stewart and Linden Avenues. Responding units were notified of a possible entrapment and arriving units reported two pinned. Rescue 3 and Ladder 4 put their tools to work and extricated both drivers. Both patients were transported to NUMC where one patient was pronounced dead, the other patient was arrested.
