On April 11, 2016, the Fair Lawn Fire Department responded to Well Drive for a reported house fire. The first chief arrived and reported heavy smoke showing from the house, along with heavy fire from the D side and requested a second alarm. Arriving companies entered the structure and quickly knocked down the main body of fire. Searches were conducted as the truck crew opened the roof.
