On the night of February 15, 2017, the East Greenwich (RI) Fire Department received calls for a house fire on Reynolds Street. On arrival, crews found a fully involved two-story house. A defensive posture was taken and several landlines and a tower ladder were deployed to knock down the fire. Firefighters then attempted to enter for overhaul but once inside, found the integrity of the structure severely comprised and withdrew. The owners of the house were not at home at the time. Warwick and West Warwick assisted at the scene.
