East Greenbush Police received a report about a serious accident on Luther Road. Traffic was moving in both directions with a number of drivers waiting to turn left. When traffic cleared the driver started her left turn and was slammed by a vehicle that was passing the stopped line of traffic. The striking vehicle stopped on its side, 100 feet up the hill.
