The Republic Airport Crash Fire Rescue, the East Farmingdale Fire Company, and the Farmingdale Fire Department participated in a live fire training on the Republic Airport grounds. Crews trained on a simulated crashed aircraft. The drill consisted of multiple evolutions, such as turret operations, handline operations, and egress rescue.
