On June 21, 2015, the Bloomfield Fire Department was alerted to a two-car MVA with entrapment at the intersection of Maple and Mountain Avenues. Upon arrival, crews were met with a “t-bone” accident. The driver of one vehicle required extrication, which was swiftly carried out. Local EMS transported the driver with non-life threatening injuries.
