Louisville fire crews responded to a residential structure fire in the 4100 block of West Broadway. Upon arrival within two minutes, crews found a three-story residential home with heavy fire and smoke on the second and third floors. Through a coordinated effort, the fire was brought under control in 18 minutes by 32 firefighters. Fortunately, all occupants were able to self-evacuate, and no civilians were injured. However, two firefighters sustained non-life-threatening injuries but were not transported. The American Red Cross was assisting four adults and 1 dog affected by displacement. The LFD Arson team was  investigating the cause of the fire.
