an ambulance requested/motor vehicle accident was toned out to
East Main Street and the corner of Elm Avenue. Chief of
Department Thomas Duckham arrived on the scene to find a vehicle

where the vehicle came to rest. The pole was also on fire.

commenced. The fire was fully extinguished and units were up. At
this time at least one confirmed fatality has been reported.
