The Eaton’s Neck Fire Department hosted their annual Independence Day Parade
and Service, which has become a July 4th tradition. Departments from
throughout the Town of Huntington participated, along with local veterans
organizations, U.S. Coast Guard Station Eaton’s Neck, and local residents.
At the service, elected officials honored our military serving overseas for
protecting our freedom. Following the parade, the community was invited back
to the Eaton’s Neck firehouse for a July 4th barbecue of hot dogs,
hamburgers, and ice cream.
